In addition to including normal marketing automation features, it also has social media and advertising components, mobile messaging, and predictive analytics. And, unlike most other automation platforms which only connect to the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud can also be connected to the Salesforce Service Cloud.

For customers new to MCAE, we offer QuickStart packages that are designed to get you up and running in 30 – 45 days. We also have many additional offerings available on a per asset basis. For existing customers, we can review your existing campaigns, help you with new functionality, and provide recommendations based on our past experience.
