Our Salesforce customers come in many shapes and sizes, but generally, there are three reasons they come to ShellBlack.
Most of our customers are moving from an older system and are implementing Salesforce for the first time. These engagements run the gamut from process design, building automations, analytics, migrating data from legacy systems, and training end-users.
Another bucket of clients are those that are expanding and growing on the Salesforce platform. This could be due to an acquisition, or the company simply wants to get more out of their Salesforce investment. They want to take Salesforce to the next level. They’ve come to ShellBlack to understand industry best practices and learn how others are leveraging Salesforce.
The last group of customers are those that have purchased additional products from Salesforce — perhaps Shield, Einstein, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or a Community — and would like that implemented and tailored for their business and brand.
